Marc,

The RaQ by default does not allow e-mail relaying.  Your best bet is to
install the "POP before SMTP" patch on Cobalt's FTP server.  Make sure you
get the one for the RaQ2.  This patch will allow you to use your SMTP server
for relaying only after passing POP authentication.
