Re: [cobalt-users] Problem with POP before SMTP ?



Make sure the user name does include any characters like a dash "-". We had
a similar problem with a customer account that was being caused by a dash in
the user name - connection would not pass the POP B4 SMTP test. When we
re-created the email account without the dash - the problem went away.
