I would suggest NOT purchasing from any reseller that doesn't have the
support staff to help you out when you are in a bind.  The money you save
now is *peanuts* to the money you'll save in lost revenue, downtime, etc.,
if you are up a creek without a paddle.

And you don't actually save the sales tax.  If you purchase out of state
items you are required by law to pay 'use tax' (equivalent to the local
sales tax in most case) instead.
