Actually, if you re-read Bruce's post, you'll see that he inquired about
HTML reselling, ie: web design - not hosting.

This list is a great place for (professionals) like me to obtain answers
to questions which Cobalt normally doesn't support, ie: installing, running
and troubleshooting third-party software on my RaQs. I find it invaluable.
