[cobalt-users] Email forwarding on Qube2

I have a user that will be out of the office for the next couple of
months and I need to froward all her Email to an external mail account.
When I set the forwarding address in her settings with the GUI it won't
save!  I've done it three times and it just won't stay.  HELP!  This
needs to be done today.
