[cobalt-users] Why is there multiple email messages sometimes?

Hi,
Why is it that sometimes a person will send out one email message and the
recipient(s) will receive multiple copies of this message? We have some
customers using the Majordomo installation on a RaQ2 and they will send out
a mass mailing and people are complaining they are receiving two or more
copies of this same message. Any advice on how to resolve this would be
greatly appreciated.
