I don't think it's unfair at all. IMHO, the shopping cart is good value for
its price. In my opinion, their old policy was very bad, but the new one is
just fine.

I totally agree. Existing customers shouldn't even pay a DIME -- as a "Thank
you for supporting and trusting our company" present for their loyalty or
whatever.
