sites published using FP get UID 'httpd' for ALL files. If you change
the UID, the FP extensions will not run anymore. just go to the FP site
/web root, then issue

chown -R httpd *

This will change all UID in this site for 'httpd' and your FP will be back.

I strongly discourage you to use both ftp and FP for the same site.

PS: forget about FP :-)
