What? You say you're afraid of losing customers because they see your
competition's website?
First, let me say, if you don't think your service is the best, go fishing,
but don't "webhost".
Second, if you're not totally confident in what you offer and think your
client's really get good value for what they pay, I'd seriously consider
re-creating your hosting packages from scratch and to think about your
pricing, service, etc. policy.
WE strongly encourage our customers to actually VISIT our competitor's sites
(we provide them with a list of a few hundred companies, including the
largest corporations as well as low-budget hosts, so they can check
theirselves that they have a real and "good" deal with us). If we weren't
confident in what we offered, we wouldn't survice.

That said, Gary, I strongly encourage you to think about your hosting offer.
