True in the sense that it's expensive to sue.  But otherwise not true.  You 
can sue and win.

Not true at all.  Copy one of my copyrighted images, even in Canada, and 
you'll see soon enough.

Because either Cobalt hasn't seen their site, or doesn't care, or has given 
express permission.  Should I decide to show Cobalt images on my site, and 
should I decide to use images from Cobalt photography instead of creating 
my own, I'll send them a reprint request.
