Sorry, but what you are saying here is patently UNTRUE! You can ask several
magazines whose main source of net information seems to be grabbing sites
from the net and then selling them on mag cover CD's.

There have been several affirmed lawsuits for copyright infringement for
failing to get proper permissions from the owners of the sites.

I think your legal expertise needs some serious updating.
