[cobalt-users] nph scripts and .htaccess

I added the following to a .htaccess file:
Options FollowSymLinks Includes ExecCGI
AddHandler server-parsed .shtml
AddType text/html .shtml
AddHandler cgi-script .cgi
AddHandler cgi-script .pl
This eliminated a lot of the cgi wrap errors that are
clogging up my error log. Only problem now is, any time I
run a "nph-script.cgi" from a web browser the RaQ3 is
prompting me to download the file instead of executing it.
As soon as I remove the .htaccess file the nph-script runs
fine.
Am I missing something in htaccess?
Liz
