Sorry Randall,
Maybe I was a bit unclear in my last e-mail,
I can see the file, and I am in the right directory, but when I type
../fpsvradm.exe I then get the error.

Telnet in
Type the following commands...
cd /
locate fpsrvadm.exe
You should now see where the file is located.
