[cobalt-users] help! cgiwrap problem

Please help!

After installing security updates 2.2- 2.3-2.7-2.9.2-2.9.3-2.9.4, all my
previous perfectly running cgi scripts are not usable anymore.
The message is: Execution of (httpd) is not permitted for the following
reason:
User not Privlidged.

What on earth has happened? Any idea's?
