[cobalt-users] IP Address Problem

I don't know if anyone here can help me, or if I need to call someone on
Monday.
I am leasing a RaQ2 from a company called cari.net. I hope there is someone
else on this forum using the same or similar setup.
I have about 50 domains that I am transferring to this box. My procedure is
the following:
1) - get the IP address by going to isp.cari.net and adding a new service
2) - add the entry to the ns1 lookup by going to ns1.cari.net
3) - adding the virtual domain by going to omeganet.cari.net
4) - adding the users to the domain
Everythings works smoothly until I access the site via FTP, or using the IP
address in the browser. I can access about 1/2 of the sites I configured.
The rest are inaccessible and I cannot explain why.
One clue might be in the range of IP addresses assigned to me by step 1.
The first 1/2 of the domains were assigned IPs in the range of
209.126.128.###. The second half of the domains changed to the range of
209.126.149.###. I can access all of the first half, but none of the
second.
If anyone can provide any clues, it would be greatly appreciated.
