Craig,
You're correct. SSL is recognized differently on the RaQ3
than on previous RaQs. The only way I found to allow
another virtual sites to use SSL is if the main domain (who
has a cerfiticate) adds a new user to their own site. As in
the following example:
https://www.main_domain.com/~SSL_user_name/
All of the virtual sites who want to share your certificate
will place their secure files (order forms and scripts) in
the User directory you setup on your main virtual site's
domain.
AFAIK Cobalt hasn't added the necessary code in order to
share one certificate with other domains, as in setting up a
pointer like the RaQ2s were able to use.
If anyone has late breaking news on this issue or if a patch
becomes available, please let us RaQ3 folks know. Above
method is not very desirable, IMO.
Liz

What am I missing here - or is this no longer possible with
the RaQ3's
because of changes from the built-in SSL server..?? Any
help would be
greatly appreciated..
Regards,
Craig Napier
