If you can't access it through the web, how do you know that all the sites 
are still running?

FWIW, when I've had a RAQ2 that would not respond to the front panel buttons, 
I've just hit the power switch.  Certainly I don't do this unless it seems 
absolutely necessary, but I have had to do it a few times, and have never had 
any problems getting them to come back up.
