[cobalt-users] Help with FrontPage and Hosting

Hi,

I'm new to this list, and very new to server admin stuff, so let me apologize upfront if this issue has been addressed in the past. I spent a great deal of time searching archives, but I haven't been able to find an answer.

About three weeks ago I leased a Raq3 with 64mg of RAM from SageNetworks/Interliant. When attempting to enable FP on new virtual sites, the control panel would refresh but the FP files would not be installed. When attempting to disable them and re-install I would receive an error saying,
"The FrontPage web could not be uninstalled successfully"

The strange thing is that the first few sites I set up with FP(each with their own IP) worked fine. Tech support said the problem was that the RaQ didn't have enough RAM, so the moved me to a new R3 with 128mgs.
It worked fine for the first 3 or 4 sites (I am only attempting to put 10 sites on this RaQ) but then the problem came back.
The tech support has been completely non-existent. Hours on hold, phone calls never returned, etc. (All this from a Cobalt True Blue Partner).
I'm hoping someone on this list might be able to A) point me in the right direction regarding a potential fix for the problem and B) recommend a hosting company that offers dedicated RaQs and actually provides good tech support. This server will primarily be dedicated to our company site and search engine R&D stuff. We have no intentions of providing hosting services. I am quite confident that we would make the perfect low maintenance client for someone who is willing to spend a little time answering a few basic questions.
Also, I would be interested in talking to anyone who offers freelance server admin services.
Thanks in advance.
