It's not an actual Qube2 problem at all.

It works fine when I telnet to a Qube2 from a Linux box... i'd say its
more "yet another Mystery of Windows9X" .. i get the same problem as you
using Windows Telnet..

I tried "top" using SecureCRT from a WinNT box and it worked fine.
