[cobalt-users] Modem Dial-on-demand

I have a Qube2 setup for a client. While they anxiously await the install of
their DSL line, I set them up to share a 56K dial-up. The problem is, the
Qube dials up and never hangs up. All of the machines in the office are
turned off and the modem never hangs up. Even when I cycle the power on the
modem, it dials right back in.
Needless to say, the most recent bill from the ISP was ~$800. The phone bill
shouldn't be too bad. I hope.
What would be causing this to dial even when the Qube is the only device
active on the network?
Best regards,
Mike Paci
