Yes, I do agree with Karl-Heinz. I don't know if there is something
comaparable in other countries, but we here in Germany have something called
"AGB" and could be translated as "general terms of business".

Each customers HAS to accept these terms which regulate what we (the
provider) have to do and what we are responsible for, and also what the
customer has to and what he is responsible for.

At our AGB there's a statement that if the user uses cgis that are damaging
the server and make it unstable, he as to pay for everything caused by him.
You should have something like that in your AGB, too!
