My two cents..

Do not give telnet access to any users or siteadmins.

You are simply opening yourself up to major problems.

I gave telnet access to one guy who sounded like he knew what he was talking
about.
Biggest mistake of my life.. He almost brought down my entire server with
180 domains being hosted.

A 19.95 a month client wanting telnet access is not worth loosing 180
clients because the server is down....

If someone asks me for things that are beyond my knowlege, It tells me that
they need their own box so they can screw around all they want.
