[cobalt-users] Client nets without the ~ (Tilde) ??

Hello

Does anybody know how to change the RAQ-3 scripts, so that client sites
appear as www.abc.com/user instead of 
www.abc.com/~user ?

I am moving sites from another server to a RAQ-3 and on the old server no
tilde was used.
I don't want to tell all clients that their sites are now at
www.abc.com/~user instead of www.abc.com/user, they won't like that at all!
