Amazing <smile>.  I just checked their website at 
<http://list.cobalt.com/mailman/listinfo/cobalt-users> (which is posted at 
the bottom of each post to the list), and there's no unsubscribe method there.

However, I did find this at the bottom of the page:

So you might try writing to each of these guys.  Alternatively you can 
write a filter (procmail works) for routing all mail from this list to your 
personal email address back to one or both of those guys; at least you 
won't be bothered by it <smile>.

Or route all the mail form the list to the errors address; that's where 
undeliverables are supposed to go <smile>.

Cobalt distributes Majordomo.  Cobalt DOES NOT use Majordomo.  Now you know 
we have so much problems with Cobalt's Majordomo installation <wry grin>.
