Have finally been able to use the console to login. Instructions in user
manual were incorrect. Setting had to be 115000 vice 9600 to be able to
login. Now we can login as root but we cannot su to any other user. We get
"su: cannot execute /bin/bash permission denied." I have checked the
permissions on /bin/bash and they are correct 555. The same with su 1555.
The funny thing is root is set to /bin/sh which is a link to /bin/bash but
if we change any other user to /bin/sh we get the same error. Is there
something I am not seeing?

By the way, still no response from Tech support.
