[cobalt-users] Help: Email Loopback - MX Problem

I setup a domain today for a new customer.  Problem is that all mail sent to
that domain is getting rejected with the following error:

553 www.newdomain.com config error: mail loops back to me (MX problem?)
554 xxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Local configuration error

They can send e-mail fine, but no inbound mail.  All other domains are
working fine.  What have I done wrong?   The "Accept mail for domain" is
checked in the GUI.   I am running the DNS for this new domain, and I think
I have that configured correctly too.  DNS/Domain is configured as follows:

Host Name:          www
Domain Name:    newdomain.com

A        newdomain.com    -->    xx.xx.xx.xx
A        www.newdomain.com    -->    xx.xx.xx.xx
A        ftp.newdomain.com    --> xx.xx.xx.xx
A        mail.newdomain.com    -->    xx.xx.xx.xx
MX     newdomain.com    -->    mail.newdomain.com

What have I missed.
