Re: [cobalt-users] Re:Cobalt Technical Support

Actually, when I first purchased my RaQ3 (3 Months ago), I had a problem
with a noisy fan. The fan wasn't malfunctioning, it was just noisy. I
called Cobalt tech support, and they RMA'd it immediately. I had a
replacement the NEXT day (and I didn't use the spare in the air). I have
since noticed that the LINK led doesn't work (obviously), they have offered
to RMA again for the light, but I declined.

Interesting. I called Cobalt tech support and got an answer within an hour.
Needed an RMA and got a box the next day. Why have my experiences with
Cobalt been so different than the rest of the people on this list? Just
Wondering!
