I have found some news in this topic. I have dialed-in via the provider of
my client BUT I could access the .ch domain without any problems, but my
client can't. I use EXACTLY the same settings (esp. DNS servers), username,
password.

My client has already re-installed windows and deleted his internet
connections (dun-network), but no result.

But here's an info that perhaps can help us. As I said, the domain was
hosted at another provider before. The domain had its own ip and for this ip
there was a reverse dns lookup record to the .ch domain. This reverse lookup
entry is not deleted yet.

Is it perhaps this reverse lookup record that makes the problems ? I cannot
explain that, because I can access the domain even if I use the same dial-in
account....
