RE: [cobalt-users] suspending users

a wildcard rename doesnt work in unix?

in dos i can do

rename *.html *susp.html and it will rename everything and end the prefix of
the filename with SUSP but leave everything else in tact..

sorry if this is way wrong in unix - but i know it works in DOS , i just
tested it.

Tho' anybody that knows the URL of the other pages will still
be able to get at them. Can a shell guru here provide us with
a line that will do a mass move of all files in a directory from
filename.html to filename.html.suspend?
