[cobalt-users] email time stamp

I have a mystery about email time stamping. I have an user that says when
his wife(our system) sends him an email to his workplace(outside system)
there is a 3 hour difference in the time that is stamped on the email header
and the real time. He has verified that his work place mail server time is
correct and both computers(sending and receiving) are the correct time. And
of course I checked our RAQ2 and its time is correct. I am still left with
this time gap. Any ideas anyone.
Thanks in advance
