Thanks Charlie..
But I do not have any band width limits set anywhere.. so whats the warning
for??
And I never really said anything bad about you guys.. just that you are
[you have to admit] slow to respond sometimes.. and these people on this
list have unquestionably been much more resource than you guys lately..
sorry I'm not one to side step or jig..
and PLEASE leave beautytech on the shared machine its on for now.. DO NOT
MOVE IT PLEASE

Debbie,
That warning is because the new RaQ3's allow bandwidth limitations
per IP address. Since every thing is on the same IP you are lowering the
bandwidth limitation for all the sites on that IP (explanation: Say you set
IP 1.1.1.1 to a total of 100MB of bandwidth, but you have 10 sites on that
IP. Each site will only get 10MB of bandwidth because the server evenly
divides the bandwidth per site on that particular IP address.) So, since
you are lowering the amount of bandwidth each site is allowed when you move
another site to that IP it is going to warn you that you are doing so.

P.S. Please don't bad mouth us on the Cobalt mailing list. I am working
very hard on moving you to another Server. A Raq3i actually. This will
officially be announced tomorrow. But this is why I haven't moved your
cert. =) I will let you know when I am about to move your data.

Here I STILL sit waiting for Sage ppl to copy my verisign cert from the
shared to the cobalt.. well not a total loss.. I am setting up many of the
easier domains (no scripts, no parked, so ssl, or just one fill in form
script) got 11 of them done :)
I create the domain on 209.196.37.205 (I have 203-205) so I can see and
test.. I didn't quite get the symbolic link stuff you guys shared the other
day.. no biggie..
So when the files are all transferred and I see the pages come up.. not
even bother to test the scripts if they even have one cause its a generic
and I already tested it on my domain.. created my users blah.. blah..
Now I change the IP# to the name-based shared IP# 209.196.37.203 and just
as it is finished saving the change, At the bottom of the GUI flashes.. for
a short time, a warning:
WARNING! You made bandwidth changes to an IP that is shared by more than
one virtual site!
Need I be concerned here??? Sage/Interlient ppl say no.. but ya know what??
I trust you guys more :)
BTW.. after this part is done.. I add the A records..
