[cobalt-users] NASRaQ, Lost in Macintosh chooser?

Hi
We installed two NASRaQ's into a PC and Macintosh magazine environment.
All was working fine until the Mac had a problem seeing the available
shares on the NASRaQ. If you went to the chooser or connected via
server ip you could see the volume and you could log in but it would
not show the available shares.
To rectify the problem I created an additional temporary share called
test. The other shares then became available. I thought I had solved
the problem but it keeps recurring and I keep creating a temporary
share.
I have reinstalled the OS on the NASRaQ twice and have been in
contact with Cobalt Tech Europe but no answers.
The Macs have OS8.1 to 8.6 running and the problem occurs on all of them.
Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Regards
James
