This is probably because your ISP has cached the old nameserver settings. It can take up to a week for these records to update.
To make sure you've got all the DNS info correct on your raq, telnet to the server and type: nslookup yourdomain.com. If the
name resolves to the proper IP then your nameserver is running correctly.
