Yes, the RaQ can be a primary and or secondary, it is probably a good idea to register two host names with Network Solutions. I made an "a" record for both RaQ's and used the main IP address on each ns1.YourBiz.com for the Primary and ns2.YourBiz.com for the secondary. I have two RaQ's sharing a block of 255 IP addresses and my upstream provider handles all reverse DNS
Both name servers on the same subnet? Rarely a good idea, imho. Jeff -- Jeff Lasman, nobaloney.net <jblists@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> <www.nobaloney.net>, <www.mailtraqna.com>, <www.email-lists.com>
