The is no whole <blah blah blah> string, there is just the value, which is
the same as one week in seconds (you know, 7 days X 24 hours X 60 minutes X
60 seconds).

60 means there will be no more auto-replies for a certain email address for
the period of 60 seconds. After 60 seconds, the autoresponder will again
work for this email address.

That's good because HTML is for web pages and NOT for emails, in other words
html in emails sucks. Actually, it should be verboten :)
