i didnt touch the htptd.conf

i know about 15 minutes after COBALT SUPPORT was trying to fix my
diskusage.cgi script so i could view my usage on the GUI, is when its
started

the support guy logged in at 3:00pm and the emails started at around 3:30 to
3:45
