[cobalt-users] Anon FTP Turns Itself Off [RAQ2]

I had set up a client with anon FTP. Suddenly the FTP would turn itself off.
I chalked it up to something that might have been caused by running a
restore on their site before setting up anon FTP in their site settings when
I ran the restore from another RAQ2. To get around this, I created another
domain for the client, ftp.domain.com on a different IP address. Now, once
again, I got an email from the client that the anonymous FTP was disabled.
I'm the only one with the admin password and access, so no one else could
have turned it off.

Has anyone seen this before?  Could any kind of uploading cause it?
