The 32 sites limit is not a Cobalt limit. It's a Linux limit.

Yea, This issue is really giving us the creeps, I also wish that Cobalt
would fix this problem. Our Problem is that we give users access to their
Site Admin Panel, if we were to create a Site Admin with Password, the
customer can change this so that we cannot access their dir without using
telnet. It's a problem which should have been addressed prior to shipping
the product.
Anyway, back to it !

Hope someone can help a newbie on RAQ2 ,
Was using WS_ftp fine up till yesterday but suddenly if i login in with
"admin" userid and password ,
i get in allright but cannot upload anything (permission denied). If i log
in as virtual site user i'm ok.
No good this way as i would have to create user admin for every virtual
site.
If 'admin' belongs to more than 32 groups, i.e., you are hosting more than
32 sites, you will lose FTP access.
Cobalt says the best way to use FTP is to create a site admin per virtual
site and administer it that way. I do wish that cobalt would find a
supported
solutions to this problem.
