Since you are sharing /etc/passwd with the other sites, trying to create
a user with the same name on two sites is not possible...
The passed down method... is to create the user (first initial, last
name ie. JBrown ) then create an email aliases for them, ie JOE.
The user will have to use jbrown to login but can give joe@xxxxxxxxxx as
his address.
