[cobalt-users] email resetting?

Hello all,

Every few days when I go to look at the "active montior" of my raq 2's
gui interface, I see that the email services will say something like
"the smtp server has been running normally since 1:27 p.m.", etc. 

The thing is, why hasn't it been running normally since I rebooted the
machine last? Is it normal for the smtp, imap, and pop servers to reset
themselves occasionally? If not, why might this be happening- or where
could I look for clues?
