[cobalt-users] duplicate user names

Is there any way to allow duplicate user names within different domains?
For example, is there anyway to have an email address of bob@xxxxxxx and
bob@xxxxxxx and have them be different accounts?  Am I asking the
impossible?  Seems odd that a certain domain cannot add a username just
because some other unknown domain is already using it.  Any input is
appreciated.  thanks.
