[cobalt-users] Initial Remote Directory for V Hosts

Hi - 

I searched the archives a bit but couldn't find a good answer to this question:

How can I go about configuring the RaQ2/RaQ3i so that when I create a new user under a virtual site, their 
Initial Remote Directory for FTP or Telnet is the /web directory?

This is a pain and I would love to change it.
