May I suggest http://www.dansie.net/cart.html
I have installed this cart using either a flat file database, button links on pre built pages or a combination of both in a site. The cost was $100.00 per site, the documentation excellent, and the support is on time when needed. I provide the customer an Excel template to add their inventory, saving me a lot of work. It requires a basic knowledge of html and perl, but the docs are good enough that even a beginner can succeed. In addition I have also provided a couple of customers with an online update that allows them to use their browser to update the database as needed.
