The problem is not with Apache, but with the number of file descriptors
available on the default Linux kernel (and the one shipped on the RaQ3's).
You have to make changes to run more that the default 256 per process. Both
the Cobalt Knowledge Base and Apache's site give details on what has to
be done. If you can't find help there, send me an e-mail privately and I
will help you out.
