The hard disk from your RaQ can be connected to any linux PC that has a
spare IDE connection.  On the RaQ 3, you'll need an IDE cable with three
connectors in place of the existing cable.  Change the jumper on your
old RaQ hard disk from Master to Slave, connect the 3 connector cable to
both drives and the logic board.  Once booted you should be able to fsck
and mount /dev/hdb1, /dev/hdb3 and /dev/hdb4.

I'd connect the drive only long enough to recover data before marking it
bad and disposing of it.
