I just installed one today. You will need access to the server before you can
start the registration process. Ignore whatever dN told you, you don't need to
contact cobalt. You can't start the process with Thawte until you generate a CSR
on the server. Check out the Raq3i manual it explains how to generate the
request.
Once you've got the request you copy into Thawte's form, and fax them the
documents the request. Once they approve everything they will send you the
certificate. Again see the manual for installing it on the raq.
I used the Apache-SSL certificate and it works fine.
