The telnet command for copy is 'cp' and move is 'mv'.

cp file.html /path/to/new/dir/

mv works the same as above, but as you guessed it, moves the file instead of
copying it.  Actually, mv is the Unix command for renaming files.  Think of
mv like you would the old DOS ren command, except you can specify and path
for the destination file.
