Actually, they are not compiled into the kernel, they are compiled into
the IPX and the appletalk module, which are loaded everytime you access
the network. You could delete those modules from
/lib/modules/2.0.34-x/misc
do a "depmod -a" and they won't appear again, BUT; READ THIS:
they might be needed by some program or protocol you actually run, so go
figure...
