HUH? Name calling... Grow-up!
I am not sure what you're talking about...
On Sunday we had two RaQs crash (Our Original Raq & a brand
New RaQ3)
I did not RaQ Cobalt to call on Sunday so that is when I did
as much diagnostic work as possible for my anticipated
conversations on Monday.
On Monday I made my call sent an email to the address they
listed in the voice message and within 1.5 hours Raymond
called me. And my vendor Arcom (Formerly Starcom) called me.
It was a great relief. Raymond assisted me in determining
the actual problem and made some suggestions on what to do.
As of Tuesday it was "Full steam ahead".
Needless to say... We are very pleased with the performance
of Cobalt and our Vendor.
Sincerely,
Marty

Subject: [cobalt-users] Named dns problems RaQ3 solved with
new machine (maybe)
| Hi Michael,
|
| We have now had the faulty RaQ3 machine replaced with
(hopefully) a good one
| by Dialtoneinternet, the NOC in charge after 3 weeks of
pure, unadulterated
| SHIT RaQ3 problems.
|
| I have not yet installed the new Bind upgrade as the dns
appears to be
| working OK and I sure don't want to do anything that might
cause
| instability.
|
| Thanks for all your promises of assistance.
| No thanks for the fact that you didn't do anything anyway.
| Wish I could get away with promising help to customers,
then shooting up
| with heroin on the weekends and forgetting them. Men are
from Mars, Cobalt
| support is from syringes!
|
| PS, I bet you don't let this one get to the Cobalt users
group!!!
|
| Open an honest experiences! Ring me and I'll tell you the
good and the
| bad......
