I don't see an httpd binary!  Everything went smooth up til this point.  Had
to tell php where my mysql is (non-standard location) but that was it.

Here are the contents of /home/tmp/apache-1.3.9/src (/home/tmp/apache-1.3.9
is where I installed the tarball to).  I have no idea why the files are
owned by kdr in group games (kdr is a siteadmin for a virtual site on the
server, but if it doesn't matter I don't care).
